Buyane-এ স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।
1. General / সাধারণ

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.
We may update these terms without prior notice.
বাংলা:
এই শর্তাবলী আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে করা সকল ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
আমরা পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি।
2. Product Information / পণ্যের তথ্য

We try to ensure all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
Slight differences in color or design may occur due to lighting or manufacturing changes.
বাংলা:
আমরা চেষ্টা করি সকল বিবরণ, ছবি এবং মূল্য সঠিক রাখতে।
আলোর প্রভাব বা উৎপাদন পরিবর্তনের কারণে রঙ বা নকশায় সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে।
3. Pricing & Payment / মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
English:
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
We accept [Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Card, COD].
বাংলা:
সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে প্রদর্শিত।
আমরা [বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, কার্ড, ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি] গ্রহণ করি।
4. Order & Delivery / অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি
English:
Orders are processed after payment confirmation (for prepaid).
Delivery times depend on location and courier service.
বাংলা:
প্রিপেইড অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়।
ডেলিভারি সময় এলাকা ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের উপর নির্ভর করে।
5. Return & Exchange Policy / রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি
English:
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or mismatched products.
No returns for products matching description & image.
Exchanges allowed for equal or higher value products; price difference must be paid.
All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
বাংলা:
ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা বর্ণনার সাথে না মেলা পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে।
বর্ণনা ও ছবির সাথে মিলে গেলে পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না।
সমমূল্য বা বেশি মূল্যের পণ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে; বাড়তি টাকা দিতে হবে।
সকল শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
6. Customer Responsibilities / গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

Provide accurate address & contact details.
Check products before receiving.
বাংলা:
সঠিক ঠিকানা ও যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
গ্রহণের আগে পণ্য যাচাই করতে হবে।
7. Privacy Policy / গোপনীয়তা নীতি
English:
We keep your personal information secure.
We do not sell or share data except when required by law.
বাংলা:
আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখি।
আইনগত প্রয়োজনে ছাড়া আমরা কোনো তথ্য বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করি না।
8. Limitation of Liability / দায়সীমা
English:
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Warranty is limited to manufacturer’s or seller’s stated terms.
বাংলা:
আমরা কোনো প্রকার পরোক্ষ বা ফলশ্রুতিজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নই।
ওয়ারেন্টি প্রস্তুতকারক বা বিক্রেতার ঘোষিত শর্ত অনুযায়ী সীমাবদ্ধ।
9. Governing Law / প্রযোজ্য আইন

Governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Disputes will be handled in Dhaka courts.
বাংলা:
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে।
যেকোনো বিরোধ ঢাকার আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
